  • The need for rest and play in your day to day activities.

  • Cultivating self compassion towards yourself as a mother (and a human).

What to expect:

  • A blend of education and processing (it’s like journaling out loud).

  • A chance to share, connect and explore your motherhoood experience in a safe and confidential space.

Facilitator: Chelsea Robinson, MSW, LCSW, founder of Mama’s Modern Village

Date: Every Thursday beginning October 12th for 6 weeks

Time: 9:30am (for 75 minutes or so)

Location: Bird and Bear Collective, Holliston, MA

Cost: $390 for 6 weeks
